- In the event of a potential business acquisition, your information may be one of the assets that is transferred to the new owner
8. Principles of Register Security
The register is handled with care, and the data processed through information systems is properly protected. The security of register data stored on internet servers is always ensured with reasonable measures. The data controller ensures that stored data and server access rights are handled confidentially and only by employees whose job responsibilities include such tasks. However, we note that we cannot guarantee complete security under any circumstances.

Requests for access and correction must be submitted in writing to the data controller. The data controller may request the requester to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer in accordance with GDPR (generally within one month).

The data subject has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the register ("right to be forgotten"). Data subjects also have other rights under GDPR, such as the restriction of data processing in certain situations. All requests should be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may request the requester to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer in accordance with GDPR (generally within one month).

The data controller’s website may use cookies to improve the user experience. A cookie is a text file that is stored on the user's computer when visiting a website. It contains information and is used for purposes such as marketing and site development. Cookies collect information about the usage of pages. Otherwise, marketing and customer data is retained until the customer requests its removal, but no longer than six years. Data is also deleted if it is no longer needed for its original purpose.

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, on our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze the use of our website and improve our services.
